1.0 Delivery Policy

1.1 We alter between Royal mail for non-raw deliveries and a courier or Bears Pet's delivery van for Raw items.

1.2 Currently, we deliver all store products to Northern Ireland and Ireland and non-raw items to the rest of the UK.

1.3 WE CAN NOT DELIVER RAW ITEMS OUTSIDE OF IRELAND/ NORTHERN IRELAND, WE ALSO CANNOT DELIVER RAW ITEMS USING THE ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY OPTION. IF YOU ORDER RAW TO AN ADDRESS OUTSIDE OF NORTHERN IRELAND/ IRELAND, YOUR ORDER WITH BE REFUNDED.

1.4 - For Raw deliveries (and deliveries which include Raw and other store items) within Northern Ireland and mainland Ireland we use either a COURIER SERVICE or our own Bears Pets delivery Van. WE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GETTING OVER 10KG OF RAW ITEMS WITHIN ONE SINGLE ORDER, ESPECIALLY TO DELIVERY LOCATIONS FAR FROM OUR SHOP (12B Dunluce Avenue, BT56 8BW, Portrush, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom).

1. This is to prevent the raw from defrosting upon arrival. If you order (what we deem) a small quantity of raw or/and order to a delivery address far from our shop, we have the right to refund your order, as we believe the items may be defrosted upon arrival.

2. BY ORDERING UNDER 10KG AND NOT FOLLOWING OUR SUGGESTIONS, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF WE CHOOSE NOT TO REFUND YOUR ORDER AND PROCESS IT, IT MAY BE DEFROSTED UPON ARRIVAL.

3. We try our best to keep all items frozen upon arrival however this can't always be guaranteed, and we ask you to contact us if you have any issues with your order upon arrival 07449676388. We either pack orders in Poly boxes, with ice or using the temperature of a large quantity raw to try our best to keep items frozen.

1.5 - For deliveries to the rest of the Uk, or non-Raw products within Ireland and Northern Ireland, we use Royal Mail. (PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NOT DELIVER RAW OR FROZEN ITEMS VIA ROYAL MAIL. *INCLUDING WITHIN NORTHERN/MAINLAND IRELAND. IF YOU ORDER RAW AND SELECT ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY, REGRETTABLY WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORDER.)

2.0 Returns policy

2.1 If you have any problems with your order or any of the items are unsatisfactory, please get in touch with us. We will do our best to deal with your problem efficiently. 07449676388

2.2 Please note that we are unable to accept returns on frozen, raw, and perishable goods as these are exempt from the right to cancel. This does not apply to faulty goods.

2.3 If your product is unsatisfactory please get in touch with us. Refunds are available for any non-frozen / non-perishable goods within up to 30 days of purchase, and you must return the goods within 14 days of requesting a refund, complete with the original packaging to us at your own expense.

This refund policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or inaccurately described.
